Probably the best and most hassle-free car rental experience I’ve had in Bucharest. Everything was handled with true professionalism. I was picked up from the airport right on time with zero waiting, and the drop-off was just as smooth. Once we arrived at the office, the paperwork was completed in just a few minutes and I was on my way. The staff are extremely professional, the prices are very good, and the service is exceptional. The car was in perfect condition and I had absolutely no issues throughout the rental period. Another great advantage is that no deposit is required if you choose the full insurance option. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental in Bucharest.

TL;DR: Had a good experience, WhatsApp communication may seem a bit slow at times, but they solved any issues I had. No paperwork, 100% online. 10/10 would rent again. Ordered a hybrid Toyota Yaris Cross with pick-up from Airport Iași at 10:00 AM. I got there at 9:55, but nobody was waiting for me, nobody called me and they don't have a booth there; their cars are at ~5 mins away from the airport. I later called them to ask where they were, they arrived in ~10 mins with a 2022 Renault Captur Plug-in (Type2 + 2 cables). They apologised for the delay and the car, told me they didn't see a plane arriving at that hour and had 2 other clients at the same time. Tank was a little above half-full, but that wasn't an issue. The car was in good condition, drove really well, but the wired CarPlay kept randomly disconnecting and, after ending a phone call, the cars' sound system would stop working and I had to restart the car (may need a software update). Requested a replacement and got a 2024 VW Golf 8 the next day. Photos taken in their parking lot, right before the replacement. Will post an update with the VW experience.

Great service! The car was in great condition, the pricing was fair and transparent, we also got a free upgrade as the car we chose wasn't available. Car was delivered on time as agreed. He handled the situation perfectly, managing to get me a car quickly and significantly lowering my stress levels during a difficult time. Excellent Communication Because of my travel changes, I was also in contact with the Cluj, Craiova, and București branches. Across the board, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly, professional, and ready to help with every request. The verdict: If you want a car rental company that actually cares about its customers and provides seamless service even when plans go wrong, go with WLC! PS: Do yourself a favor and rent the Audi A5! ;))
