La location s'est bien passée. La voiture qu'on nous avions commandée n'etant pas disponible, nous avons été surclassés sans frais supplémentaires, les vendeurs sur place sont très courtois. Le gros moins, la communication par WhatsApp n'est pas assez réactives du tout. Nous avons eu dans l'ensemble le sentiment d'une société honnête mais pas tout a fait encore professionnelle. Ils peuvent s'ameliorer.

To rent a car from WLC, you need two identification documents: your ID card or passport and your driver's license. Copies or photos of the documents must be sent via email for driver eligibility validation and must also be presented in their original form to the WLC agent at the time of vehicle delivery.

What should I do if I am involved in an accident or if the vehicle has a mechanical failure?

If you experience any technical/mechanical issues with the vehicle or have been involved in an accident, please contact us immediately by phone at +40762135800. In the event of an accident involving injuries, it is mandatory to notify the Police Authorities. Where can I pick up the car, and where do I need to return it?

The car can be picked up and returned at the WLC locations in the city where you made the request or can be delivered to any address you specify within Romania. For pickup or drop-off at a location other than the WLC offices, an additional fee will apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
