​I managed to secure a last-minute booking, and the communication from start to finish was super professional and helpful. ​The car matched the description perfectly—it wasn't brand new and had some minor external cosmetic damage, but it ran reliably throughout the trip. A huge bonus was the LPG system, which saved us a substantial amount of money on fuel! Returning the car was completely quick and hassle-free. ​The only downside was the extra fee for the airport transfer (pickup and drop-off), which wasn't charged by other rental options in the area. ​Overall, a transparent and reliable service. We had a wonderful experience renting a car from this company. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The company representative Nicu in Brașov was always available and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire rental period. The cars are new and in excellent condition. We especially appreciated the possibility of renting without a deposit and the quick and easy paperwork. The location is very convenient, close to the airport, Nicu picked us up and also took us back to the airport, which made everything very easy and stress-free. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this car rental company to anyone visiting Brașov. Excellent service from start to finish!

Copies or photos of the documents must be sent via email for driver eligibility validation and must also be presented in their original form to the WLC agent at the time of vehicle delivery.
If you experience any technical/mechanical issues with the vehicle or have been involved in an accident, please contact us immediately by phone at +40762135800. In the event of an accident involving injuries, it is mandatory to notify the Police Authorities. Our recommendation is to stay calm throughout the resolution process, and we guarantee that our team will be by your side.
The car can be picked up and returned at the WLC locations in the city where you made the request or can be delivered to any address you specify within Romania. For pickup or drop-off at a location other than the WLC offices, an additional fee will apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
To extend or shorten the rental period of the vehicle, please contact us by phone at +40762135800, a 24/7 service, or via email, to inform us of the new contractual period at least 24 hours before the initially agreed rental period expires.

The displayed price is the final amount you will pay and includes unlimited mileage, as long as your rental period is not shorter than 3 days, insurance, road tax, free roadside assistance within Romania, and a dedicated Customer Support service available 24/7 online and by phone.
You have the option to add up to two additional drivers for free. You will only need to provide the identity documents (ID card/passport) and driver's license for all drivers who will be operating the rented vehicle.
A rental day is calculated as 24 hours. If the return of the vehicle is delayed by up to two hours, no additional fee will be charged. However, for delays of four hours or more, an extra rental day will be charged according to the agreed contractual rate.
You can drive both within Romania and across the European Union. Please note that in order to take the rented car outside the country, you must obtain written approval from WLC, along with the necessary power of attorney and insurance. Additionally, you are required to notify us at least 5 working days before leaving the country.
The security deposit is a financial guarantee required for the rented vehicle. It can range between 200 and 1500 Euros, depending on the rented model. The deposit is blocked on your card at the time of vehicle delivery and is released at the end of the rental period. The security deposit is retained partially or fully only if you were involved in an accident and the vehicle damage was caused by your own fault.
