We rented recently an SUV for 8 days. Our flight to TSR was delayed 3 times. We were in contact via Whatsapp with an agent the whole time. He waited for us passed midnight and we were able to take possession of the car. Otherwise we wouldn't have any transportation. Very surprised with the exceptional service. Serious company. Professional agents. We bought the offered insurance and any suggested protections, including the cleaning fee for a total of 115 euros over the initial price.
