I recently rented a car from WLC Car Rent Brașov for 12 days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the car was fantastic—reliable, comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. A special thank you to Nicu, who handled everything professionally. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you to the entire WLC Car Rent team for such a great experience. I will definitely use your services again the next time I'm in Brașov. Highly recommended!

I managed to secure a last-minute booking, and the communication from start to finish was super professional and helpful. The car matched the description perfectly—it wasn't brand new and had some minor external cosmetic damage, but it ran reliably throughout the trip. A huge bonus was the LPG system, which saved us a substantial amount of money on fuel! Returning the car was completely quick and hassle-free. The only downside was the extra fee for the airport transfer (pickup and drop-off), which wasn't charged by other rental options in the area. Overall, a transparent and reliable service. I would definitely recommend them!

Collection and return were both quick and hassle-free, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and their professionalism gave me complete confidence throughout the rental. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused car rental service. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you WLC Brasov for such a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful experience renting a car from this company. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The company representative Nicu in Brașov was always available and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire rental period. The cars are new and in excellent condition. We especially appreciated the possibility of renting without a deposit and the quick and easy paperwork. The location is very convenient, close to the airport, Nicu picked us up and also took us back to the airport, which made everything very easy and stress-free. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this car rental company to anyone visiting Brașov. Excellent service from start to finish!

This is my second time renting a car from WLC; last time it was the Bucharest branch, and this time the Brașov branch. The entire booking and payment process can be completed online before your scheduled arrival. The rental agreement is straightforward, with no hidden clauses. The price and the cars match the descriptions perfectly, and the customer service is top-notch. Next time I visit Romania, I will definitely use WLC again. They truly love cars and interacting with people. I highly recommend them. Best regards from Poland.
